Rails in the standard qualities of natural rubber approx. 70°, 55° and 45° shore.
Production also in oil-resistant special quality.
Rubber-metal rails are produced in lengths from 500 to 2000 mm and can be cut to any length.
Attention must be paid, however, that the smallest length does not fall below the profile width. The thickness of the metal plates is selected so that threads can be drilled in subsequently for the purpose of fastening. The rails are mainly installed under compressive stress or at an angle under compressive-shear stress.
Possible applications:
Rubber-metal rails are particularly suitable for the elastic mounting of heavy machines, such as ship engines, lathes, elevator machines, jogging and vibration machines. The rails are used where space conditions and high loads do not permit the installation of buffers.
Technical data:
With rubber-metal rails a load spectrum from 300 N to 775 KN can be covered depending on the rail profile and rail length used.
